Peeled Garlic Cloves

There are 2 kinds of peeled garlic cloves, one is called frozen peeled garlic, another is called fresh peeled garlic. For frozen ones, temperature is to be kept at -18 c. Frozen one is cheaper than fresh one. Fresh one is to be kept at -2 c.
